Life has many trials and snares; those things which would keep you from a saving knowledge of God and a relationship with the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.In this allegory by John Bunyan, the main character is Christian who is driven by his desire and knowledge of God to reach heaven.He goes through many dangerous paths, meets many people, and in the end reaches his goal in the Celestial City (Heaven).If you listen to the Librivox version, you will also have Part 2; the story of Christiana the wife of Christian the pilgrim.After completing this book on audio from Librivox, I was encouraged to know the scriptures better.I highly recommend you read or listen to this Holy Spirit inspired book.
